About Me
Emily Breyer, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY34915)
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California by the Board of Psychology. I bring a warm, authentic, and engaging style to therapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I tailor the therapy to your personal needs and goals. For instance, some people seek therapy to develop coping skills and problem solving strategies, while others desire deeper insight into themselves and their relationships with others. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on your needs. My style of therapy is integrative: I draw from different evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and psychodynamic interventions based on your personal needs. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and value a culturally-informed approach to treatment. To learn more about my therapy services and specialty areas, click here.
